The following apartment brokers can help you with your apartment search. The service they provide is free to you because they're paid by the apartment managers.
Some people choose to work with more than one apartment broker - it takes more of your time, but then you know if one broker isn't showing you everything that's out there.
Some of them can work with clients who have past evictions; some can't. It depends on what apartment complexes they work with. None work with more than a few apartment managers who accept evictions.
